 ESTIMATOR - Residential

We are looking for a competent & computer literate housing estimator experienced with single & double storey homes.
 
Your role will include/ require the following:
  • Estimate new individually designed homes
  • Prepare cost estimates in a timely & effective manner
  • Support sales consultants, contract administrators, liase with suppliers, etc.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Thorough knowledge of residential construction

 

 DRAFSTPERSON - Residential

We are looking for a draftee, with previous experience in 2 storey construction & ArchiCAD, who has excellent communication & computer skills.
 
Your role will include/ require the following:
  • Development of new ideas
  • 3D concepts
  • Creating working drawings
  • Attention to detail
  • Working to planning & building regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of residential codes
